Ordering / buying could not be easier. Just browse our store adding items that you wish to buy to your shopping basket.  When you have finished shopping click ‘checkout’. You will then be asked a few questions that we need to complete your order.

We accept Paypal and Master Card, Maestro, Visa, Switch and American Express debit/credit card payments.

All prices are in £ sterling.

There are three methods of ordering available at Pure Purl:

You can place your order directly from the website using the online store and pay online with your credit or debit card.

You can telephone us on 0161 223 6425 to discuss an order, but we currently do not accept credit cards over the phone.  You can send cheques which are made payable to ‘Pure Purl’ or a postal order.

E-mail or call us to arrange a paypal invoice or a bank transfer.

 

Buying Online:  Simply use the top and left hand side navigation bars to browse through our wide range of products.  To find out more information on that product simply click the products image.  To purchase this product click the "add to basket", link. You will then be given options to continue browsing through the website adding as many products as you require or alternatively, click the "checkout" button and have your credit card details ready. This is a straight-forward and completely secure process. The website is encrypted with 128 bit code to protect your credit card details using "PayPal".

Once you are happy with your order, you will need to review and check the following information to ensure that it is correct

Delivery Address
Your Payment Details

An automatic email confirming your order will then be sent to you.
Please print and retain a copy of the order e-mail for your records.

Ordering by Post:  You can place an order via Post.  Make a note of your order and send it with an accompanying personal cheque (made payable to 'Pure Purl') or postal order to:-
